On September 4th,2025 Mind The Game had the opportunity to participate in a seminar organised by the Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes (IDEP ΙΔΕΠ Διά Βίου Μάθησης).
The event focused on providing guidance and support for the effective implementation of Erasmus+ KA2 projects, bringing together organisations active in education, training, and innovation.
As the coordinating organisation in three Erasmus+ KA2 projects, Mind The Game seized this valuable opportunity to gain insights into the practical aspects of project management. The seminar provided clarity on administrative processes, reporting, and best practices to ensure successful project delivery and meaningful impact.
Beyond the technical guidance, the event offered an excellent opportunity for exchange of experiences among participants, highlighting real-world examples of effective collaboration and innovation under the Erasmus+ framework.
